Jollibee is welcoming the Christmas season with its most significant and most festive holiday campaign yet, launching a series of back-to-back treats as Filipinos across the country celebrate the start of Simbang Gabi. Through its “Buo ang Saya ng Pasko” (The Joy of Christmas is Complete) campaign, Jollibee highlights the many heartfelt ways Filipino families and communities now come together—sharing meals, laughter, and cherished traditions—to make this December more joyful and memorable for customers nationwide.

“This Christmas, Jollibee wants to remind every Filipino that the true joy of the season comes from being together. No matter where or how we celebrate, what really matters is celebrating with the people we love,” said Dorothy Ching, Jollibee Philippines’ vice president for marketing. “Totoong mas buo ang saya ng Pasko kapag magkakasama tayo at pinagsasaluhan ang mga paborito nating mga pagkain.”

A heartfelt film for the changing Filipino family

This year’s “Buo ang Saya ng Pasko” campaign features a touching and heartwarming Christmas film, created in partnership with Forsman and Bodenfors Singapore. The film highlights how Filipino families continue to grow and transform over time, while still holding on to the values that make Christmas especially meaningful in the Philippines. It captures genuine, everyday moments from different walks of life, reflecting the many ways Filipinos now come together to celebrate the season.

The story follows hospital workers who pause mid-shift to share a simple Christmas meal, finding comfort and joy in each other’s company despite being far from home. It shows security guards bonding over modest food and light conversation, proving that the spirit of the holidays can be felt even in the most ordinary settings. The film also portrays couples who lovingly treat their pets as family members, highlighting more modern, non-traditional family structures. Single parents are shown cherishing quality time with their children, creating new traditions and memories of their own. Large, extended families are depicted reuniting across generations, capturing the warmth of grandparents, parents, and children coming together under one roof.

Jollibee explained that the film celebrates the idea that even as customs and family structures evolve, the essence of a Filipino Christmas remains unchanged. Traditions may look different today—from who gathers at the table to how they celebrate—but the spirit of love, generosity, and genuine connection that defines a Filipino Christmas stays as strong and vibrant as ever.

Joyful Christmas Stores illuminate the nation.

Now in its third year, Jollibee’s Joyful Christmas Stores have returned brighter and bigger than ever. This 2025 season features the largest rollout so far, with 300 fully decorated branches nationwide, spanning major cities and smaller communities across the country. Each store is adorned with festive lights, colorful ornaments, and community-inspired accents that reflect local culture and traditions. By transforming its branches into holiday destinations, Jollibee aims to spread joy and comfort in neighborhoods, especially those recently affected by calamities, offering a space for hope, togetherness, and celebration.

To help families and friends plan their Christmas visits, customers can easily find these decorated branches through the Jolly Christmas Tours digital map powered by Google, which shows nearby Joyful Christmas Stores, directions, and key store details.

A new nationwide celebration for Simbang Gabi

To spread the Christmas spirit in communities as early as possible, Jollibee launched the first-ever Christmas JOY Day to coincide with the opening of Simbang Gabi. The brand joined dawn masses in select churches across Manila, including San Agustin Church, Our Lady of Remedies Parish, Sta. Ana Church, and San Fernando de Dilao Parish (Paco Church). At each church, Jollibee crew members warmly welcomed churchgoers and handed out free Jollibee treats after the liturgy. These simple gestures added a festive atmosphere to the traditional early-morning devotion and marked the start of the brand’s nationwide Christmas countdown.

The celebration continued beyond the churches and into local schools, where Jollibee brought Christmas JOY Day to campuses such as Pinaglabanan Elementary School in San Juan, Kapt. Jose Cardones Integrated School in Taguig, and St. Mary’s Elementary School in Marikina. Students enthusiastically lined up to receive Jollibee Kids Values Books, which highlight important Filipino values, along with free Jollibee treats. The initiative filled classrooms and school grounds with excitement, laughter, and smiling faces, bringing early Christmas cheer to young learners while reinforcing the values of kindness, sharing, and joy that define the holiday season.
